For this decadent and hazy wheat-forward DIPA we teamed up with our burrow buddies over at Wandering Tortoise. Brewed with AZ grown and malted Sinagua Malt barley, AZ grown Grain R&D Sonora white wheat, flaked barley and flaked wheat. Whirlpool hopped lightly with some super citrus forward Columbus. Dry hopped heavily with Enigma and Ella hops and bursting with mango, peach, plum, grapefruit and lemon meringue deliciousness.

Picked up a 16 oz Mason Jar Draft from the Craft Beer Quick Stop 9-12-19 for $5.00. Consumed on 9-13-19.
Beer poured a hazy light orange with a nice white head that is leaving some lacing behind.
Nose is very nice, some mango and notes of citrus come forward nicely.
Taste is a nice combination of peach and mango over a medium malt base. Finishes with a very mild touch of grapefruit rind; 4/10 on my bitterness scale.
Mouthfeel is medium bodied and fairly refreshing.
Overall a nice flavorful beer that is a tad sweet. Could use more hopping to balance things out more but enjoyable nonetheless.
