The DANKWORTH series returns, this time with Nelson. DANKWORTH is our take on the classic New England double IPA. Slightly less wheat than our typical hazy hoppy beer, subtle yet present bitterness, fermented fairly dry, low level of haze, crushable. DANKWORTH with Nelson utilizes AZ grown and malted @sinaguamalt barley & @grainrandd malted Sonora white wheat. Dry hopped with 3lbs/bbl of Nelson. Notes of fresh apricot, white grape juice, and kiwi. We’re loving this beer as a nice change of pace from our typical IPA profile.
