A FOURTH year anniversary collaboration for our lovely 24th Street neighbors Wandering Tortoise. We are incredibly proud of these guys and the contribution they’ve made to the Phoenix craft beer scene over the years. Justin and Shay can both crush some DIPA like there is no tomorrow, so we made one that these hop boys would be proud of. Started off with a similar base to Dreamy Draw; Sinagua Malt Arizona grown Copeland barley, Grain R&D raw blue beard durum, flaked oats, dextrin malt. We’ve got Billy Goat Hop Farm 2020 Crystal hops loaded in the whirlpool (this lot is crazy tropical/white gummy bear), then packed the dry hop with Motueka, Pacific Sunrise, and Billy Goat Chinook. Hop polarity in its finest form, dank American hops and deep tropical NZ hops.
