A collaborative, Double IPA conceptualized with our Midwest hop buds @blackstackbrewing & our sticky neighbors @superstitionmeadery. It’s a pretty well-known fact that we all just want to imbibe in delicate, drinkable, hop saturated DIPA. So we started with that. Pils malt, AZ grown & malted @sinaguamalt, a TON of @grainrandd blue beard durum and Sonora wheat, and a lot of flaked oats too. Soft & creamy. Just a touch of a light & easy honey variety. Attenuated well. Dry hopped early and aggressively with 2020 Freestyle Farms Nelson, 2020 Mosaic, and a touch of Crosby sourced Mandarina Bavaria (for subtleties!!). Lots of melon here, like a variety of melon, fruit salad style. Blueberry candy, dried mangos, soft sunny Delight.
