Here's another score from late 2023. Dig the name. Dig the label.
Pours a hazy yellow leaning into dull orange, has that slightly thicker than average haze going for it, bit more viscous. Imagine pulpy orange juidce into a beer approaching a more yellow Orange Julius scenario. Makes a big 1.25" white head. The aroma hasthe standard Citra and Mosaic runnings, lots of orange, some weed and fruity berry inputs. A familiar but reliable combo.
The taste is pretty decent, some bittering hop like pink grapefruit notes pop here that didn't in the aroma. The Sonoran White Wheat does an excellent job in the mouthfeel, reminds me of that subsequent Sierra Nevada Rad Little Thing that is about equal parts west coast crisp bitterness meets hazy body. This beer came first though. Much like Lady came before Lady '95 (Styx). The Mosaic seems less impactful after the smells play out, you might not guess there is Mosaic off the taste alone. So I dunno, this takes on a new direction for the hazy Mosaic & Citra ipa and generally for the better.

Pours light orange with a little head that dissipates pretty fast. Smells like your garden variety fresh IPA, herbal hops and a waft of citrus. The taste with the citra and mosaic is a
pleasant melange of fruit flavors with those herbal hops on the backend and a little dry but has enough malt to hold it together. It’s a good IPA that I would drink anytime but not close to the best that I’ve had from this excellent brewery, cheers!
