Our first member only barrel release is certainly a special one. We present to you IMMORTAL CUCKOO. Brewed with a mash tun filled to the brim with our house pilsner, premium Weyermann malts, Sinagua barley, and a blend of our favorite dark and roasted malts; we did that back to back blending the second batches runnings in to the already boiling first runnings setting the stage for a huge stout base destined for these super high quality, Cherry Brandy barrels. This luscious imperial stout is bursting with character and complexity. Big notes of cherry cordial, chocolate syrup, and gooey fudge brownies.
