This delicate, yet robust Imperial Brown Ale was aged in Weller bourbon for over 22 months before being finished on whole cinnamon bark and Guatemalan coffee beans roasted by our pals over at Press coffee. Upon first sniff and sip you'll be whisked away to your favorite table of your favorite, cozy coffee shop. Big flavors and aromas of mild Mexican hot chocolate and rich fudge balanced by an earthy cacao note from the Guatemalan coffee. Slowly carbonated higher than our big stouts but not as high as your traditional Brown Ale, leaving an extremely creamy mouthfeel rounding out this remarkable beer.
