This beer begins with a new blend of base malts for us alongside a classic heaping of malted and flaked oats and wheat for a full body in this DIPA. 100% Mosaic in the whirlpool saving our entire ALS Blend allotment to be showcased in the dry hop alongside a little more Mosaic. A bright beer pouring with a dense haze bringing aromas of strawberry and melon. Refreshing flavors of pineapple and pink starburst make this a delight to drink, bringing back memories of some of our first Dankworth releases.

Appearance: Pours a cloudy goldenstraw color with a one finger head that slowly fades leaving some squiggles behind
Smell: Pineapple, melon and berry tones; very much on the dank side
Taste: Pineapple forward with melon and berry tones joining; a somewhat dank, passionfruit influenced bitterness emerges and carries through to the finish
Mouthfeel: Medium to full bodied and somewhat creamy with low to moderate carbonation
Overall: An approachable hazy for a good cause
Thanks, kevindp9, for the opportunity
