16oz can
Pours two fingers of white head into my Willi. Retention is average. Lacing is solid. Body is pale yellow, crystal clear, with a moderate nucleation. Looks nice.
Nose is earthy, leafy, green, spicy, flirting with catty. Not my preferred hop profile, but smells good enough.
Flavor is a little softer - earthy, spicy, with a hint of gooseberry, and a slightly catty finish. Zero rice starch flavors.
Carbonation is relatively high. Body is insanely light. Damn near fully attenuated, no rice sweetness, watery. Bitterness is assertive at times. Overall the mouthfeel is too thin and abrasive for me.
Drinkability is ok.
Between the flavor and the mouthfeel this drinks pretty thin, watery, and bitter, with not a lot to back it up.
