With the holidays approaching, we thought it would be the perfect time to craft something truly special. Introducing Small Fork, a truly decadent dessert stout. Aged for nearly a year in a fresh single vanilla barrel (ex-Woodford Reserve), conditioned on an absolutely absurd amount of Peruvian cacao nibs, and even more Mexican vanilla beans. The richness of this beer can’t be overstated, and is the most we’ve played around in super sticky sweet stout territory, definitely not Wilford Brimley approved. Expect nostalgic aromas and flavors of licking the spoon from the brownie batter mix.
