This West Coast IPA starts with a blend of our trusted house base malt and a new addition, creating a softer, more refined foundation with a subtle cracker-like malt character. It’s hopped heavily in the kettle with @billygoathopfarms Chinook for that classic piney, dank bitterness, balanced by a big Simcoe charge in the whirlpool for added depth. Dry-hopped with Riwaka, Kohia Nelson, and Simcoe, it brings pink grapefruit flavors with soft citrus and passionfruit notes on the finish.
