Pours a golden amber color with adequate foam in the Scotch thistle glass. Inviting aroma of grain, bread, and straw. Very clean and watery, but in a good way. Frightfully easy to drink. Just enough hoppy zing and a pleasant malty undertone. Slight bitter aftertaste. From the 16 oz can purchased at O'Shea's. No date.

Out of the can at LAX as I go Kardashian hunting zomg!!!!
So straight from the bosom and I am kind of crying like a baby: “More! More!” I mean, it’s not all that bad! I wouldn’t exactly say it ‘booms’ (see what Raul did there?) but it makes a lil thump. And that’s good enough.
Peace.

Poured into a pilsner glass. Pours a slightly hazy, light to medium golden amber with a two finger white head with good retention and thick lacing. Aroma of pilsner malt, grassy and slightly citrus hops, mixed, slightly husky grain, dry hay and a hint of lemon. Flavor is husky biscuit malt, grassy hops, dry field grass, a touch of citrus. Grainy, grassy finish with an assertive bitterness. Medium bodied with light creaminess. A fine, authentic tasting domestic Czech pilsner. Great grain flavor in the malt and solid noble hops. Unfortunately, many European pilsners are old by the time they get here, so a well made domestic one like this is a great way to imagine what they are supposed to taste like fairly fresh.
