Taster flight at brewery. Very pale golden, small ring of head. Grainy aroma, crisp. Taste is initially light, bready, but with a sharp, edgy bitterness . Lemon zest, crackers.

Poured into a pilsner glass. Pours a light to medium golden amber with a fizzy half finger white head that dissipates to a thin film with slight lacing. Aroma of lightly grainy biscuit malt, grassy hops. Flavor is husky biscuit malt, grassy hops with a nice mixed summer hay element, a hint of lemon and lingering biscuit malt with faint caramel notes. Medium bodied with a light to moderate creaminess; better mouth feel than expected. A well made and very much to style pilsner with convincing continental hops and good balance of dry biscuit and grain husks in the malt. Both the flavor and mouth feel are above average for the style. A very nice pilsner.

Hazy , straw colored beer. Thin, white head with minimal lacing. The aroma is bread, honey, malt, orange blossom, and yeast. The flavor has floral accents, along with some bread and malt. A slight hops bitterness in the aftertaste. Clean finish, and easy to drink. An excellent beer overall.
