On tap at Lardo East. It's a light golden color, slightly hazy, not much head, a bit of lacing.
This beer is pretty much a definition Berlinerweisse. It's start, lemony and apples, but it's not mouth-puckeringly sour. The body is light, with good carbonation. Very refreshing.
