After more than 4 years in my cellar we finally found an occasion to drink it. Unlike other Champagnebeers this on was rather sweet and beer-like, less dry like say Deus and much more malty. Not bad but also not as classy as the leader of the category. Lots of suspended yeast after all this years. However, reported boozyness has obviously mellowed out. I was not disappointed neither were our guests.
