Happy Holidays from Greenspring Brewing Company!!!
For the holiday season we are unveiling this flavorful and drinkable ale!!!
We started out by turning a Kentucky bourbon mash upside-down so it has a majority of classic 2-row barley but still retains a large heap of flaked maize. We also added aromatic and roasted malts to intensify color and roasty zests and aromas. Finally, we warmed up our fermenters so the Belgian yeast can unleash a complex pop of spicy hints and notes. In the end we got a pleasurable ale with drinkability and snap…enjoy!!!!
