From the bottle, admittedly consumed in late Oktober instead of May, it pours a clear golden color with a modest white head that soon diminishes to a thin layer and nice ring. The nose gets light malt and possibly some apple scents. The taste follows the nose, with a nice malt flavor with apple notes.
