This is what I like , an industrial gritty feel. The football game was on, I felt like I was in a bar not and not at a frat party.

Barbecue restaurant is on upper level, but you can eat at taproom level, too. Try Brewers Salad with pulled pork and their Shoat Pilsner. They just launched canning with their IPA.

Stopped in for lunch just after they opened on a weekday. Nice to have a brewery open for lunch. Got the 3 meat combo platter and a few 5 ouncers of beer. Beer was ok, but the choices were on the lighter side in style, flavor and body. The food was decent for Q. Would try this place again.

The wife and I love coming to Media for Pinnochio’s, pizza and great beer! So when I read about a new brewery opening up in town, I wanted to check it out.
Nice little joint, well-designed, with a bar on one side and a restaurant with an open kitchen and a mighty pizza oven on the other side, all at the end of Media’s Main Street. Well-appointed, predictably industrial-chic. Super busy on a rainy Saturday evening at 6pm, but the kitchen counter across from the pizza oven was open so we sat there.
Mediocre service throughout our brief stay there (tons of servers running around but no one assigned to our area until I asked the hostess). Good but pricey pizza; seventeen dollars for six small slices of cheese and one or two super-thin slices of prosciutto.
Bad beer all around. I had a flight of four of their beers: Pamplemousse Griselle, Blanc White IPA, Simcarillo, Porter. They were all thin, mediocre, watery. I couldn’t tell the IPA from the griselle and so on. My homebrewing friends do much better.
Expensive, bad service, mediocre beer: glad I tried you, Pig, but never again.

This place is worth visiting. Good solid offerings but nothing spectacular. The pulled pork was very good but spendy. The beer prices listed don't tell you the size you get for the price listed so it would be good to ask rather than get a surprise.
The Brussels sprouts were interesting but would have been much better had they used fresher Brussels sprouts. French fries just standard, the corn bread was good though.
I liked the RyePA and the Saison. The double IPA was good too.

Food is great and beer is better. There is only one other brewery in media and it is a chain. So sterling pig stands out. Has a cool atmosphere, garage door Windows and huge flat screens on cinder block walls. Upstairs is the restaurant with great BBQ and wings. And all the way upstairs you can check out the brewery. Awesome place, got to grab a growler

Sterling pig is an alright place. The beer is great but the ambiance seems like the set up for a horror movie. Not to mention the food is your typical delco go to munches. This place has potential I just feel like they are missing something.

A great place for beer. A fine place for barbecue. Pretty hit or miss otherwise.
Cool Vibe in the bar on a nice day with the garage door "windows" rolled up. Nice selection of beer with the IPAs being the standouts.
We had the barbecue platter with pulled pork and a chicken sandwich. Barbecue was solid with good slaw and fair mashed potatoes and cornbread. We also had the chicken sandwich which was among the worst restaurant sandwiches ever. Bland flabby and unseasoned.
Bartender was nice enough but not attentive enough to notice that one of our meals was virtually untouched.
Love the beer. Pretty sure I'd never eat here again anytime soon. Too bad.

Cool place with a cool vibe, kind of weird design which is semi-minimalist, and/or they just didn't feel like putting out the extra cash to finish covering up the cinderblock walls. The bottom floor on street level is where the bar is, and the second floor where the parking lot is, is more restaurant style seating. Kid-friendly. The beers are decent overall so far. Standard fare for the most part, though a pretty good range to chose from: IPAs, APAs, Belgian- and German-style ales, etc. Eight beers to choose from at any given time, with the option of a sampler flight.
Service is spotty. Not terrible, just spotty. I sampled a few of the food items, and it's so-so. The BBQ options look pretty cool, and my pulled pork sandwich was pretty good...not over-sauced, which I appreciate. My wife said her burger was good. The pizza, I would recommend avoiding. We got it for the baby, and I sampled it and it was pretty bad, not to mention undercooked.
Like any local microbrewery, this is just another place that you should at some point check out. You may like it, you may not.
