Traditional German hefeweizen. Soft and fluffy mouthfeel from the generous amount of wheat in the malt bill. Very little hops. Flavor come from the yeast and fermentation schedule. Clove, banana, hints of bubblegum, and soft faint vanilla, is all developed from the yeast.

I tried this beer at the brewery whilst in Delaware, OH for Kenny O's birthday weekend. It poured a clear golden with white head that left some lace. The scent had waifs of grain. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with malt base and grain highlights. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall it was an ok beer.
