From the growler via the brewery, which was a joy to
experience via friends Bluejacket and Laura---CHEERS!
This nice tripel pours a clear amber tinged golden color with
a nice head of white foam that subsides to a thick ring,
thin dusty layer, and sports some light lacing. Nose of
bubblegum, candy malts, herbal touches of coriander,
fresh sweet bread, and faint herbal hops. Flavors nail it
on style and presentation with light banana and sweet
bread malts with candy sugars, bubblegum, and a
light herbal hop note amongst touches of apple and
apricot. Nice mouth feel; medium body, medium light
carbonation, and a sweet lightly dry finish.
Overall----WOW, excellence from a new to us brewery!

I tried this beer at the brewery whilst in Delaware, OH for Kenny O's birthday weekend. It poured a slightly hazy amber with white head that did not leave much lace. The scent had waifs of citrus. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with malt base and Belgian sugar highlights. The mouthfeel was medium in body with good carbonation. Overall it was a good beer.

Very clean beer. Pours as clear as a Pilsner, but the nose and taste are clearly not. Could pass the blind taste test of a much higher end beer. Stand up and take notice. This tripel is legit!
