In homage to Delaware's Little Brown Jug Pacer Horse Race, we have created Sulky German-style pilsner. Pale and crisp with subtle herbaceous notes and candied lemon from Cashmere hops and a light cracker and honey malt profile.

On tap at the brewery; served in a half-pint tasting glass. Clear yellow in color, with a snow-white head. Good carbonation that kept a nice white cap atop the beer. Malty aromas up front, with notes of fresh-baked bread and a grassy and herbal overtone. These obtain on the palate, with some peppery bitterness lingering on the finish. This would be a fine food beer, but I was more than happy to have sampled it with an unencumbered palate to allow the subtle flavors to shine.
