You're quasi evil, you're semi evil, you're the margarine of evil. You're the diet coke of evil, you're not Dr. Evil. Sometimes you learn that just because the numbers match that doesn't always mean the finished product will. We tried to bring back Dr. Evil, making a minor tweak and ended up with Quasi Evil Experimental Porter. Notes of semi-sweet chocolate, subtle roast, and hints of dried dark fruits. With a nice dry finish and at only 6% ABV, you can definitely enjoy a few pints.

On tap at the brewery; served in a half-pint tasting glass. Deep brown colored body, with a tan head that settled to a thin ring. Roasty malt and dark cherry predominate at first. As the beer warms, notes of dark chocolate begin to peep through along with roasty bitterness that clings to the palate. The finish is quite dry, reminiscent of an Irish stout. If this is an "experimental porter," I'd say the experiment was a success.
