This beer was our 500th batch brewed here at Restoration. The name comes from the Roman numeral for 500, which is D. Being that this was our 500th batch we wanted to make this beer special. So we brought in three hop varieties that we have never used in Triumph, Pacific Sunrise CGX, and Revolution Blend. This juicy IPA greets you with peach and subtle berry aromatics, which give way to notes of mango, juicy citrus, and hints of bubblegum. You will soon find yourself enjoying The D... wait what?
