We brought in a new hop, well at least new to us, for this beer. Vista hops are described as having a vibrant fruity profile dominated by honeydew melon, papaya, white peach, and ripe pear. In Vista! Vista! the honeydew melon stands out with supporting flavors of apricot, citrus zest, & green tea. After one you'll be saying "Mista! Mista! get me another Vista! Vista!"
