The name of this beer is two fold. First, up until this year if we ever asked Frank to do a spiced beer he always said "no". Second, when Jake asked Frank if he had a name in mind for this beer, Frank said "No". Since Jake is what some might call a smart ass he decided to name the beer No.
For this beer we added whole cinnamon sticks as well as freshly-ground ginger, allspice, and nutmeg. These spices are balanced with flavors of toasted biscuit, raisin, and a subtle malt sweetness.
