Rossbräu Vollblut zwickl naturtrub. On-draught @ Soulkitchen in Innsbruck. 5.40% ABV. 26 IBU.
Clean and refreshing, but it drinks more like a Helles lager than a zwickl; any unbunged character is minimal. Grassy hop profile. Munich malt sweetness. No real vitaminy yeast.
Oddly clear for a zwickl, lacking any turbidity.
