.5L emptied into a Pokal.
A: Pours a clear gold with a fluffy 2-finger white head which quickly receeds to a thin ring. Sporadic lacing.
S: Sweet barley malt, grassy Saaz hops, faint notes of citrus and herbs.
M: Medium bodied with good carbonation.
T: Follows the nose, with sweet barley malt at the fore, quickly followed by spicy Saaz hops. Strong flavor of grass and herbs. Dry finish with an astringent aftertaste.
D: True to the style, quite hoppy. The label looks quite cheap, but this is coming from a very small brewery that only has a handful of selections. Perhaps not as refined as it could be, but still a quality product.
