Pours a deep caramel brown color, light white foam. Very faint malt nose, light. Taste is a strong bitter burn. Sharp pointed bitter (mandia bavaria) the Amarillo/Citra is more balanced and mellow. Malt dissolves amongst the bitter. Really tasty, but must brave the hop power.
