Cloudy gold orange appearance.
Medium light carbonation with a just below average body.
Aroma is a nice mix of clove, banana but not overwhelming, banana bread, and something that comes off like apple sauce.
This was interesting as well as enjoyable. Not a typical hefeweizen to me but totally enjoyed it.

DATE: July 23, 2022... OCCASION: trying to enjoy Only Murders on Night Five of the heat wave... GLASSWARE: Erdinger World Cup weizen... pours a sallow, mostly clear yellow golden body with limited streaming... its head settles softly, easily into an eighth of an inch of snow-white head... banana, clove, and bubblegum--the holy trinity of hefeweizens--is alive and pleasant here... some sweetness as well... its body is smooth, soft, and easy to drink... the banana, clove and bubblegum form a quality profile, befitting the style and pleasing to the palate... lively and effervescent at the finish, with straw and lemon lingering... this creates a classic wheat experience, a refreshing summer accompaniment...
