Many thx to Knapp85 for this can!
A - Pitch black pour with thin, burnt toffee colored lacing.
S - Huge coffee aroma with nice char and smokiness, it dominates the nose and is assertive.
T - The initial sips on this beer is an agressive coffee char punch to the palate. However, as you work your way through this can the overwhelming nuances start to settle down (and settle in). Big time coffee but eventually the vanilla starts to poke its head through the smoke and on the very backside some roasty toasty cocoa starts to surface as well.
M - Big, thick, silky, viscous, and lip smacking sticky with a little bit of warming on the way down.
O - Really digging this Imperial Stout and recommended if you like them assertive and agressive.
