Pours golden with a decent head - settle to lace on the surface, none on the glass. The nose is sweet and fruity malt, very pleasant. The taste is excellent. Malt and hops come to one flavor here with a sweet rush across the palate. A lot sweeter than I typically like but I have to make an exception here. The hop flavor adds a bitterness that is so well balanced by the sweet that it has no aftertaste. This is a very clean and mature beer.
