very clear, yellow body with medium sized bubbles rising to the top and medium sized bubbles in the white foam disipating quickly.
Aroma is nice spicy and herbal hops with grainy pilsener malt background. a bit dusty.
Taste is bitter, clean, dry and a bit metallic
refreshing, well carbonated
Austrian Märzen style (comparable to Munich Helles) that leans towards the drier side. This may appeal to Lager fans, but I would like a bit softer

Poured from a 0.5 liter bottle. Small and fast dying head. It doesn't even leave rim bubbles. No lace. Looks like ginger ale in every way.
Pale and lightly creamy malt nose.
Very spritzy with a thin body, reminiscent of a apple cider. The flavor is very light malt, perhaps only kilned to stop its growth. The finish is also light with a small bit of sourness (converted lactose). I don't pick up on any hop in the swallow or aftertaste. Overall, this is a weak mārzen, much closer to a lawn-mower beer.
