Wow! A Cascade IPA, and just for 50 cents! - I thought when I found this at Lidl. Looked okay and smelled nice when poured but when tasted it I was taken aback by its taste. It is different, it can't be Cascade - or it is that bad. But then the more I drank the more I realized that it is really almost like as if it was made with Czech Saaz hops, almost the sane flavor... and only in the end then throwing the bottle away I noticed that under the nice big bold fonts saying "Cascade" stands with tiny typeface that it is "dry hopped"... so it is only dry hopped with Cascade, and on the side you find that it is made with Hallertauer Legend, Tettnanger and Polaris, practically it's like a pilsner that is dry hopped with Cascade...
So there you go. I rated it 4 in the end because it's okay for what it is but I would not call it an IPA nor would I put Cascade on the label - but rather something like a Bavarian Pilsner/Ale fusion.
