Big chunky white head that laces over dark amber. 3.75
Peach, waxy orange rind, and soap. 3.75
Toffee biscuit, cantaloupe, apricot, lychee, kumquat, and hay. 4
Scraping bitterness.
Lt+, some chew, salty. 3.75
Pours high, too bitter, dim aroma - this is not the usual on point Northbound execution. What it is doing is getting the more elusive, melon and orchard fruit notes of Galaxy, even with a good bit of age on it. Not the usual watery body plus a ton of mango that passes for a Session IPA these days, but enjoyable in its own right, even with some flaws. 4
