Officially labeled as a "Brown Double Stout".
Delicious chocolaty flavor. The beer pours well with about a quarter's diam worth. The first few sips leave a lasting layer on the glass and the beer finishes with a frothy foam ring lining the glass. This is a very drinkable that hits the palate as a grown ups desert and finishes similar to its English brethren (but not the polo'd, boarding school brother, more like the brother who chose to lived off of a more familiar stout and was hardened by internal conflicts like The Troubles).
But overall... It's a pretty good beer.

We love reviews (150 characters or more)! Check out: How to Review a Beer. You don't need to get fancy. Drop some thoughts on the beer's attributes (look, smell, taste, feel) plus your overall impression. Something that backs up your rating and helps others. Thanks!
