Smell in the bottle is Kitkat, and sweetened cappuccino. Jet black in the glass without the merest head. Aroma takes on a toasty accompaniment, and the chocolatey notes turn nutella. In the mouth, the toastiness is much more prominent, and this runs throughout the flavour cycle. Sweet coffee, coffee liqueur, wheat, and ashy flavours all follow. The finish is very oaty. The hops hit early, starting with lemon peel at low intensity, and souring to grapefruit. I find this unobtrusive and well-balanced. Not so the case for the carbonation; it looks quiet enough in the glass, but foams up in the mouth for a few seconds, blemishing an otherwise pleasant (if slightly over-creamy) mouthfeel. Alcohol tastes pretty much where i expect at the strength. The final drops yield a finish of water biscuits or cream crackers.

Toasty smokey ashy flavour lasting roasted bitterness. Smooth coffee aroma. Smooth feel on cask, carbonated, but not overly fizzy. This sort of beer is why I love cask ale

Blind-tasted except for the beer's name and brewery/country, zero reviews below read (yet!)...
L- Almost black to the eye but held to a halogen it's a super-dark ruby red. Pours with asmall patch of pale tan head.
S- Very toasty, striking toasted grains/malts.
T- Very toasted in the flavour as well, I believe there is some charring and perhaps whisps of smoke too. I served this straight from the fridge, I reckon if warmed a touch the flavour should open up. In the finish I get a dry hoppy note ...
F - ...but the taste is that impactful overall the feel of the dry note almost imitates that found in a pungent dry red wine.
O- It's different, for sure. Heavily toasty porter, smoke notes apparent. Solid hops (contemporary style?) for a Porter. ABV% seems quite light, again for the style, what... 5%? I like it overall though would like it more with a touch more richness (to balance the prominent hops) and in parallel a bit more oomph to the ABV%.
Review/scoring all done, now the reveal, I get to read the bottle lables to see what I missed! ===> 5.5%, that's it, there is no other info there of note there.
330ml bottle Bottled: 16/12/2020 BB: 16/08/2021 £3.30 Bought from RealAle, London W10 as part of a large pick-your own consignment to London.
pps @ EmpBev's review below, mine poured clear but yes it's Bottle-Con, there is a hard layer of sediment left in my bottle.
