Maybe the first sour beer I've actively enjoyed. Pours a pale champagne colour with a minimal haze and a white head that disappears. Very floral on the nose, with honeysuckle and elderflower, along with a back-note of vinegar. On the tongue, bergamot and tart apple. Finishes neutral after an astringent dry mouthfeel.
