Pours very dark brown, almost black, with ample light tan foam. Smells faintly of malt. The taste is roasted malts, with a hint of char and a bit of caramel sweetness. Light body is a bit watery but easy drinking. Lots of carbonation. Kind of basic but tastes ok.

I tried this beer at the brewery whilst in Indianapolis for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a clear amber with thin white head that left some spotty lace. The scent had malt notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink with malt foundation. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a good beer.
