I had no idea what to expect from this brewery, but this is a very solid Pilsner. Clear pale yellow color with white head. Not much aroma, just some faint malt grains. The taste is crisp and clear with a pleasant malt and hop finish. Light feel but highly carbonated, in fact it is overly carbonated. Overall quite nice, I see why it won a 2019 GABF gold medal.

I tried this beer at the brewery whilst in Indianapolis for my son's hockey tournament. It poured a clear golden with thin white head that left some lace. The scent had crystal malt and hop notes. The taste was nicely balanced and easy to drink subtle grain and bitter hop finish. The mouthfeel was lighter in body with good carbonation. Overall its a solid beer.
