Had this thanksgiving weekend at the source
Poured amber/red with 1" white head. Minimal head retention & lacing
S: malty, nutty & choclatey (less so)
T: malty, nutty & hints of coccao up front. Finishes dry, with a little fruittyness & chocolate
MF: Medium bodied, low carbonation & good balance
Drank really easy, a nice, if not inspired brown ale
