First off, this brewery proves once more that it's one of the top French breweries. Waxed pint bottle of a smoked wheatwine. My first one for the style.
L - Hazy amber with a good white head
S - Light smoke, caramel, grapefruit
T - follow the smell plus some spiceness and herbal notes. A bit salty
F - Light carbonation
O - A great beer! The smokiness is subtle and goes well with the caramel malts and the herbal and grapefruity hops. No boozy at all for the ABV. Drink it fast, the oxidation doesn't make it better
