Bottle from Boise Co-op. Hazy golden, with small, soft head. Aroma is gentle citrus. Taste too is more citrus, and very lightly salted. A bit too subdued for my taste.

i think grapefruit in beer is overdone, especially in the hoppy styles, but i think its awesome in gose, and i generally do not prefer my gose with fruit in it, but in this particular instance, and in this style, its just right. the more natural the better, and thats what i like about this, its juicy and acidic sure, nice with the relatively clean lacto pop in here and all the carbonation, but its also pithy and zesty and bitter, intense even, and while i think it is rightly dosed in here, i like it being forward. i think the salt is nice too on the fruit here, just like in real life, it brings up the oils and essences of it, without making it dominate. very light wheat and pils type body, a little funk to it as well, but not wild at all, some minerals here, no apparent coriander to my tastes, and soda style bubbles and effervescence. fun beer, fresh and flavorful, the lacto part could be just a bit more tidy, but overall this is really solid and they did a nice job with it. grand teton almost always hits their mark.

On draught at Old Chicago.

Pours a hazy lemon yellow/orange, minimal head of foam.

Grapefruit aroma, wheat, lacto tartness.

Taste is delicious. Just the right injection of grapefruit offering mild bitterness that complements the light tartness.

Well crafted.

Surprisingly from the look and name it has a very strong yeast smell with minor fruitiness. Surprisingly also it is quite sour, but not in an offensive way. The grapefruit isn't strongly pronounced. Different but quite enjoyable.

On tap at the brewpub in Idaho.
Cloudy pale white grapefruit body with a thin, weak head.
Aroma: tart and fruity.
Flavor: moderately salty and tart for style. Grapefruit more suggested than obvious.
Medium-light body and carbonation.
