Can from Hops & Bottles. Pale golden, foamy head. Aroma is grainy, bready, crackers. Taste is focused on the malts, light on the palate, crisp. Nice bite on the tail end. Right on style, delicious and refreshing.

an awesome pils, never seen this one before from these guys, but its excellent, crisp and easy drinking, quintessentially german, but distinctive too, unique enough to stand out, and majorly refreshing, i hope it sticks around awhile! the can pops with a whoosh when i crack it and pure white foam rushes out a little bit, a lot of life to this one. aroma and flavor present a really obvious lager yeast profile, some breadiness to it, some rising dough yeastiness, and an impressive crispness as well, lightly floral almost a kolsch element to it. its nice on top of the very minimal grain profile, somewhat less flavorful than i am used to in the style, i mean, this is incredibly light overall. the hops add just a little bitterness to help the finish be crisp and snappy, but its well within range. they also have a neat herbal profile that makes this beer all its own, lemongrass, hay, and wet lawn, not conventionally hoppy, but very nice and not overdosed or anything. the dryness is insane, this is gone on the swallow, nothing left at all, and with rushing and excited carbonation. the light citrus thing from the hops, the clean cereal grain complexion, and the drying yeast all come together brilliantly. this is really good, better than any other lighter style beers i have ever had from these guys, they should really make it full time, if thats not the current plan already. definitely among the best lagers ive had from the state of idaho so far, awesome stuff!
