Bluebird Pilsner is brewed with the spirit of Teton Valley in mind. This thirst-quenching Pilsner is full-bodied and is as bright as the morning sunshine beaming through the blinds. Its delicate balance of hops lends itself to a snappy finish. Make sure to pair this beer with backpacking trips, long n’ lazy river floats and everything in between.

Availability: April – September
Hops: Polaris, Hallertau Blanc & Huell Melon
Malts: Pure Idaho Pilsner Malt

Bought locally, canned February 10th 2026.

Pours a straw gold with plenty of foam, retention and lacing seem to be very good.

The smell is hoppy, bready, grassy, mild sweetness and bitterness.

The taste is bread, grassy hops, mild sweetness, bitterness is a bit more assertive. The finish is kind of bland.

Medium bodied until the finish where it thins out.

I bought a 6pack and once I finish them, there's no need for me to buy more.

Clear, straw-yellow body; lots of lively carbonation; thick, billowy head, white, sculpted and sticky. Fantastic aroma; delicate sweetness infused with notes of fresh grass and honeydew melon. Mild cracker-like malt base with a finely complementary hop bitterness; mild sweetness; very nice mineral note to things; clean. Light body; crisp with a light to moderate dryness.

This is my kind of pilsner. It's simple yet very refreshing. As a warm weather release (April - September), it makes for a fine warm/hot temperature beverage. I wouldn't mind having this year round, either.

Pouring temperature: 43 °F; canning info: CANNED ON 04/19/22

Can. White head with lace. Clear straw yellow.

Light, crisp, clean, earthy, grassy. A touch of citrus and some toasted malts. Biscuits. Solid, but lacks some depth for the style.

tasty new pils here from these guys, sharp looking white cans, crispy summer beer inside, refreshing and drinkable, very much traditional, european on the malt and yeast, great on a hot day right from the can. this is very clean and bright, has a nice mineral profile underlying the crackery malt, and has some fresh tasting and rather bitter finishing hops, certainly check all the style boxes, and while its not real distinct to me in any way, it is very well executed and a fine specimen overall. the high carbonation and the snappy noble hops at the end make it finish quick and satisfying, while the light body keeps it going down easy. there is something about a good minimalist pils in the summer, especially when its nice and cold, that just is so supreme, and this is the perfect kind of pils to scratch that itch, really no limit to how many of these i could drink if given the keys to the castle. another excellent beer from grand teton, they do pretty much everything very well, and i am glad to have this one around for the summer season!

12 oz can from Brewers Haven. Pale golden pour, small white foamy head. Grainy, biscuity aroma. Taste is focused the malts also, bready with a sweet backend and some grassy hops. Slick, slippery feel.
