12oz can from Jeremy. Pinkish colored body, airy, bubbly head. Aroma is berries, sweet, hint of tartness. More fruity, jammy flavors with minimal pucker.

more and more lately i am over this style, but this is a great beer, no denying it, a low alcohol kettle type sour with a clean lactic profile not too acidic and all the berries it seems, no lactose or vanilla or marshmallow or any of that new wave crap, its just a beer, and a pretty darn tasty one. i love the color, a radiant almost flamingo pink to it, some haziness, and a short just light pink head on it from the can, a totally new look for these guys on their cans lately, updated to almost overly modern. anyway the beer smells and tastes great, the tarter berries made to pop by the lemony pucker this has at its base, raspberry first for me in both senses, but some tannic blueberry and even red wine grape nuance are also there, sweeter blackberry in the finish, a currant type of twang too, you can kind of taste whatever you want in the berry profile, a real choose your own adventure. clean on the ferment, sweet for a second but drier on the finish, just enough from the grain to keep it beery, and the perfect amount of acidity to be drying and tart but still drinkable can after can. no surprise these guys have made another awesome beer, but its cool to have a sour at this level in their portfolio now, well done!
