I went to Victor today and I was rewarded with this tasty brew. It was poured off a nitro tap at GTB in a glass.
Appearance: A one finger creamy of white head that had some retention. The color of the beer is an amber color with an orange copper hue. The clarity of the beer is slightly hazy but clear for the most part. There is some yeast floating and a few effervescence bubbles. The head left a lot of lacing on the glass.
Nose: A deep rich dark malt with banana aromas, caramel. phenols, oak, vanilla, and bourbon.
Taste: A nice rich dark rich malt with banana, phenol, solvent, caramel, oak, vanilla, and bourbon.
Overall: The mouth feel is rich creamy and velvety. The body is medium thick and chewy, with a medium full finish. This is a good beer there is not real deep flavor present with the beer. I was just hoping that the beer would have a stronger more malt flavor with just a touch more bourbon age flavor.

Served in a goblet at Stubs.
Served with no head. Color is a dark copper orange.
Aroma: oak, wood, vanilla, and bourbon. Nice banana and clove flavors from the base beer. Nice amount of malts. Very sweet.
Taste: nice amount of bourbon and oak with vanilla. Big sweet malts and bananas with some clove and spice. A nice take on the style.
Mouthfeel: smooth and bubbly. Medium bodied with a decent amount of carbonation. Ends dry and sweet.
Overall, a really interesting take on the style. I dig it. Intersting, but really good. Glad I got to try it. Good balance fairly drinkable.
