Pours a nice straw color, slightest cloudiness, nice head on initial pour
Beautiful nose just so refreshing…a combination of orange zest, subtle herbal undertones, some light graininess.
The taste is similar but the herbal undertones in the nose become very dominant in the taste. It still retains all the nose refreshing feel just not as balanced.
Goes down clean and easy, nice little bitter on the finish.
I like this beer a lot, it is very refreshing and drinks perfectly for this beautiful day.

12oz can from Boise Co-op. Bright yellow cloudy pour, thin foamy white head. Hoppy, grassy aroma. Taste is light pine, mild dank, hoppy, grainy. Mouth coating with some dryness.

i never had the hazy ipa, but the land of many waters beer is back, this time a cold ipa, summer 2022. its solid stuff, crisp and clean, definitely a little more like an india pale lager than some of the other beers riding this trend wave right now, and to me that comes down to this having some bitterness on the back end, its not over the top or anything, but so few of these have any at all, its a nice change of pace. its not quite as dry as it could be, but it still has a fast finish. a little more body here than a lot of these have too, but its not outwardly malty or anything, still just straw yellow in the glass, slightly frosted looking and with a fluffy white head from the keg. i wonder if this one uses only idaho ingredients too, i think that is what the name is all about. could be idaho hops here for sure, that green not quite ripe citrus thing is here in nose and taste, white grape, clean lemon, and a slight fruity weed thing going on too, but this remains real easy drinking and the high tone hops do not throw this out of balance. its clean and fast finishing, refreshing, effervescent in terms of carbonation, and both refreshing and satisfying overall. perhaps not the most dramatic or distinctive hop profile i have encountered in one of these, but this is a solid cold ipa, grand teton pretty much always hits!

A fresh can of beer; a new style to me, Cold IPA. This beer could be the buzzword of the year. Pulled from the fridge and served in a pint glass. I have drank several of these; however, I have discovered an off-flavor in this beer. The pour created a frothy and airy two-fingered head with above-average retention. Lacing was left on the glass after the slow dissipation. The color charts around SRM 3 are pale straw yellow. The beer has loads of carbonation and is clear. The appearance is above average.
The aromas in the beer are mango, floral esters, pineapple, melon, hints of herbal, grass, a touch of dank, and orange. Sadly, notes of sulfur exist.
The sulfur is still in the flavor too. The flavors are pineapple, melon, herbal, grass, a touch of the dank basement, grass, orange, grapefruit, and floral esters. Grainy sweetness, lightly toasted malts, and crackers are the grain bill.
The mouthfeel is slightly astringent, finishing bitter. The body is medium-light and has medium carbonation.
The beer has a bright hoppy character with a firm malt backbone. The off-flavor is a humdinger for me. The balance is average; I think the malt bill could be firmer.

12oz can into a GT tumbler; clear straw-colored body, inviting and light; leads with a weedy and almost dank hop profile, lending some skunk to the lagery yeast profile and the crisp, bready malt backbone. Dry, with a pleasant IPL finish. Decent enough.
