As the tenth release in our Tributary Series we are pleased to introduce the Pine Creek Hazy IPA. A stones throw from our brewing facility, Pine Creek is a lesser known fantastic fishing tributary of the South Fork Snake River. Using a blend of Vista, Triumph and Mosaic hops, this bold and aromatic brew offers a triumphant journey for your taste buds. Bold tropical notes will grace your senses with powerful amounts of pineapple and citrus. We hope you’ll join us and raise a glass to this tasty triumph of hoppy craftsmanship.

fun beer, bold and green and bitey, but in a good way that is still pretty drinkable, in fact drinkable enough that i shared a full pitcher with a couple of guys yesterday afternoon. its a lovely color, golden hay toned maybe leaning a little orange, and with a frothed up inch plus of thick lathery white head with awesome retention, fully hazy but without visible sediment or obvious doughy starchy character, nice! the nose on this tells me the hops are extremely fresh, i get strong pine, dried herbs, and faint mosaic catty character, clean overall though, and with some nice cereal grain type base to it, balanced as these go, and not without bitterness. the flavor comes in waves, oranges and pineapples up front teasing a more summery or even tropical juicy vibe, but halfway through it turns to pine, gin, botanicals, and woodsy green bite, resinous and weedy too, but not all sticky and danked out, green yes, but not in a gross way, and i like the back end bitterness that comes with it, so few hazy types these days have much at all, and this still has borderline west coast bitterness on the swallow, best of both worlds. a little bit of pellet harshness, but theres enough flavor and grain balance here that its not a problem. subtle graham cracker in the malt, a wheaty heft, and wicked carbonation that keeps it drinking. really enjoyed this, popping freshness, northwestern, delicious.

A very solid all-around offering from GT; pours a beautiful deep gold from the 12oz can with a solid two fingers of creamy cap. Balanced nose and palate with citrusy hops, floral, bready, smooth and easy to crush.

12oz can from Brewers Haven. Hazy golden pour, thick, creamy white head, clumpy lacing. Aroma is fruity, citrusy, bready. Taste comes in softly with a creamy feel, light citrus zest, full bready malts. Grapefruit peel lingers. Really nice.
