ABV: 5.5%
Canned: September/October 2025

I quaffed a few of these beers; this one flies under the radar. I was surprised how well-made it is. I am using a pint glass and serving the beer at 48 degrees. The pour created a frothy, foamy, two-fingered off-white tan head with average retention. The somewhat slow dissipation left bits of lacing on the glass. The beer's overall appearance is average for this style.
Nosing the glass, I notice toasted malts, bready notes, light floral notes, yeast, and light caramel.
Sipping the beer, I taste lightly toasted malts, grass, bread, light floral, yeast, caramel, and some earthiness.
The mouthfeel has a light astringent bite with a crisp, clean finish. The body is medium-light, with medium carbonation.
Final Impression: The first time I had this, I had to know more about it. It is a fantastic beer with a Marzen vibe and a little bit of hops. It is not pretentious; it is a simple, well-made beer. I had a sit-down with the brewer and found out he designed this beer that way. I enjoyed sipping on what I got and hope they make more next year.

12oz can at LuLu's. Medium amber pour, clear, thin, finely beaded off-white head. Malty aroma with some caramel sweetness. Taste is mildly sweet, malty, caramel, all with a mild bite at the finish. Solid
