Dry hopped twice throughout the process, using Centennial, Columbus and Simcoe which deliver pronounced notes of tangerine, pine, and citrus fruit, for a bitter and classic finish.

Copenhagen 24/8 2025. 44 cl can from A God Case web-shop. White can with blue and red stars and some arrows pointing nowhere. Very American.
Pours slightly unclear golden yellow with a small white head. Stable. Settles as a thin patch of foam floring about. No lacing to speak of.
Aroma is medium intense with a sweet odor of tropical fruits mingling with a subtle scent of citrus fruit. Peach and nectarine. Citrus and lime.
Light carbonation. Sightly thick, oily, soft, gently tingling texture.
Flavor is medium intense with a medium strong sweetness followed and balanced by a medium strong bitterness. Aftertaste is lightly bitter with a sweet undertone. Lingers for a bit. Finish is semi-dry.
Solid but a bit forgettable
